Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP)
Unlocking deep healing with the power of mind and body.
Book Your Free ConsultationWhat is PSIP
Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) is a breakthrough therapeutic approach that combines psychedelics with body-based (somatic) psychotherapy to address trauma and unresolved emotional patterns at their root. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which focuses mainly on the conscious mind, PSIP works directly with your autonomic nervous system, allowing deep-seated patterns of trauma and emotional blocks to emerge, be processed, and released.

How PSIP Works
PSIP is different from traditional psychedelic therapy, which often involves silent, inward-focused journeys with music and eye shades. Instead, PSIP is an interactive process where I work closely with you to guide and support you through each stage of healing. We’ll utilize a somatic approach, inviting you to explore and feel into physical sensations, emotions, and memories as they arise, allowing us to safely access and release the “stuck” energy and responses your body has held onto for years.
BOOK YOUR FREE CONSULTATIONDuring PSIP, we focus on:
01
Activating the Autonomic Nervous System
This process allows stored trauma and stress patterns to surface and be fully processed, breaking the cycle of fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses.
02
Facilitating Body-
Based Healing
PSIP provides a safe container for nervous system regulation, helping you experience a sustained sense of calm, connection, and embodiment.
03
Cultivating Lasting Transformation
Clients often describe a sense of freedom from emotional patterns and triggers that once held them back. The PSIP experience is often profound, uncovering insights, emotions, and connections that may have previously gone unexplored.
PSIP is a somatic (body-based), interactional therapy to heal trauma at the root-level of the nervous system.
What to Expect in a PSIP Session
Each PSIP session is a unique journey tailored to your individual needs. Sessions typically last four hours, allowing enough time to safely explore
and release nervous system imprints. The number of sessions varies by individual, depending on personal history and readiness for deep healing.

★★★★★
I have been working with Carolyn for over a year before my psychedelic experience. I trust her completely. She is a kindhearted professional with her client’s best interests at the forefront.
She created an incredibly safe and comfortable space for my first experience in which I was honestly nervous about. With Carolyn as my guide I felt calm, relaxed and in good hands.

★★★★★
“I had tried mushrooms a couple of times on my own, but I found it difficult to be the manager of my trip and at the same time “let go.” Carolyn was the perfect trip guide, which I had been looking for. In her pre-trip sessions, Carolyn had an uncanny ability to give me some advice that turned out to be very insightful. On the day of the trip, she was careful to create a peaceful set and setting with comfortable places to rest, lovely music and an altar where we could place items of personal significance. She was also meticulous about our dosages, which made me feel safe. Although my trip was intense with visions and sounds and sensations, I felt safe the entire time knowing that Carolyn was right there next to me. The biggest benefits of the trip came in the weeks after, when my mind felt more open, and I was able to let go of some negativity and deepen my spiritual practices in a way that I never was able to before. I’m so grateful to Carolyn for facilitating my experience.”
