I'm a leader in nervous system and consciousness work.
For more than fifteen years, I've helped hundreds of clients move through burnout, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions by building real nervous system capacity, so they feel steadier in their bodies and clearer in their choices.
I draw from somatic psychotherapy, nervous system science, and contemplative practice.
